Job description
Responsible of all front desk function for efficiency, accuracy and ultimate customer service.
· Ensure customer satisfaction during and after the service and handle complaints. Will be working at the Front desk with the staff.
Hire, train and evaluate employees under his/her responsibility. Ensure compliance with the Hilton standards.
Keep up-to-date of events and inform the team. Participate in management meetings.
· Assist and perform other duties related to the supervision of staff and other departments. We are looking for applicants who speak French and English both oral and written
Diploma of Collegial Studies in the hotel industry will be an asset. Skills for leadership, organization and stress tolerance.Flexible work schedule (mainly nights, weekends, holidays, audit shift and some daytime)
