Front Desk Agent
As part of the Front Office team, and under the supervision of the Front Office/Guest Services Manager, the Front Desk Agent is responsible for the following tasks:
- Greeting and Welcoming guests on their arrival and departure
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
- Follow the front office procedures and policies
- Answer the calls and making reservations
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on attractions, directions and places of interest- Coordinate and forward the information to the various departments
Candidates must be fluent in French and English. Superior verbal communication skills.
Ability to deal with a guest concerns with a cool and calm manner and have strong knowledge of customer service, a professional attitude and a good sense leadership.
Possess excellent analytical skill and knowledge of Excel/Word & Opera PM system etc
Previous experience in similar position is required
Work day or evening on weekdays and weekends.
