Description

The Days Inn Montréal Airport is currently looking for a part time front desk agent to join our team! The chosen candidate is expected to assist and support their colleagues in all aspects of Front Desk Operations. Main functions include answering telephone calls, placing reservations, check in/out duties, conflict resolution / problem solving in regards to situations that arise during shift, effectively informing clients with precise information about our product, services, surrounding areas and hot spots. The candidate we are looking for will also be responsible for taking payments, and working closely with other departments (Bar, Restaurant, Shuttle Drivers, Housekeeping). This position is primarily an evening position (until 11:00pm) and weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). The chosen candidate may be called upon for replacement shifts outside of normal scheduling.  

Requirements
  1. Excellent communication skills in English and French (Written and Spoken)
  2. Capacity to multi-task and sometimes work under stressful situations
  3. Physical capacity to remain standing for long periods of time
  4. Natural notion of team work and "count on me" attitude
  5. Professional appearance required at all times
  6. Very comfortable using Microsoft Office Applications
  7. Previous experience of 1 year and more would be favorable
