POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are currently looking for a Sous-Chef to fill a permanent full-time daytime position to support the Chef-Cuisinière in our residence les Jardins Intérieurs. The person must be creative and passionate , wishing to offer an exceptional culinary experience to residents. Schedule: 40h week | 1 weekend out of 2 | Many benefits: free meals, social club, group insurance and social leave


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensuring the profitability of the food service
  • Manage and control the allocated budgets of his department

Requirements EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • DEP / DEC in food service management or relevant experience;
  • Training certification (MAPAQ)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a management position in the restaurant industry
  • At lease 3 to 5 years of experience in a large restoration's volume
  • Experience in personnel management
