ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensuring the profitability of the food service
  • Manage and control the allocated budgets of his department
  • Manage stocks and purchases related to production
  • Manage the human, financial and technical resources of the service
  • Participate in the execution of meals
  • Plan, direct, organize and control food service activities
  • Supervise food service employees

Requirements EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • DEP / DEC in food service management or relevant experience;
  • Training certification (MAPAQ)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a management position in the restaurant industry
  • At lease 3 to 5 years of experience in a large restoration's volume
  • Experience in personnel management
