Job description
Manage food and beverage operations to ensure compliance with standards and quality service while providing a unique guest experience. The supervisor follows up on payroll, vacations and tips. Direct daily staffing activities, schedule and assign work, provide mentoring and ensure staff training.
Ensure the application of service standards in the various departments: restaurant, bar, room service, banquets.
Support the entire team.
Requirements
Have at least two (2) years of experience in catering.
Recognized diploma in hospitality an asset.
Having worked in a unionized field an asset.
Have good technical knowledge in table service.
Excellent customer service skills.
Bilingual (French and English).
Flexible in work schedules.
Ability to work in a team.
