-Experience must encompass all FOH (front of the house) responsibilities such as staffing, staff development, scheduling, financial goals, ensuring operational excellence and ultimate guest satisfaction, etc.
-Potential candidates must be passionate, dependable, talented and self motivated.
-At least 5 years experience in restaurant management from a recognized brand of high caliber reputation (full service level).
-Fully bilingual in French and English.
-Strong leadership and communication skills.
