Reporting to the Sous-Chef, the First Cook performs kitchen preparation, cooks dishes, assembles plates, and maintains cleanliness in the work areas.
Job Description:
- Prepare the necessary ingredients for the preparation of dishes
- Set up work stations for different services
- Cook and season dishes according to the standards established by the Chef
- Assemble plates according to standards
- Perform any other tasks necessary for the proper functioning of the kitchen
- Maintain work areas and equipment
Education:
- College Diploma (DEC) - Asset
Skills:
- Availability to work according to variable schedules
