Executive Pastry Chef
A well-established Convention Centre in the Greater Montreal region is seeking a creative, energetic skilled Pastry Chef to oversee the pastry department operation. He/she will be responsible to oversee the day-to-day pastry operation, including training, scheduling, supervising staff and monitoring production.
The successful candidate must have strong managerial, leadership and organizational skills and possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a bakery, restaurant or hotel operation. This is a hands-on position for someone that communicates well, inspires team members and can multi-task in a fast paced, high volume environment and be able to work a varied and flexible work schedule.
