  - Welcoming residents;

  - Help residents get in/out of their vehicle

  - Help residents get their luggage out of their vehicle

  - Transport luggage from the entrance of the residences to the lobby of the residences

  - Respond to various questions from residents;

  - Handle customer complaints according to procedures to ensure resident satisfaction;

  - Monitor and maintain the appearance of the entrance door;

  - Maintain the confidentiality of residents and ensure their safety;

  - Direct and ensure the good circulation of taxis and other vehicles in front of the entrance to the Residences

  - Ensure that the passages are free and that there are no illegally parked vehicles;

  - All other related tasks.

   

- Must be available, 7 days a week, to work all shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends

- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of a third language will be considered an asset;

- Have a good knowledge of the city of Montreal and its surroundings;

- Be proactive and engage in suggestive selling of our products and services;

- Follow and respect the directives and standards of the residences;

- Uniform and neat appearance at all times;

- Calm, polite, patient, smiling and flexible while being diplomatic and discreet;

- Replace the Porter or Concierge as needed

- Adapt to a diverse clientele and provide quality service;

- Experience in five-star hotels an asset.
