- Scrub and wash dishes, plates, pots, pans and other kitchen utensils.
- Use the dishwasher and the glasswasher (glassware, cutlery, plates and others).
- Sweep and wash floors.
- Prepare the annex kitchens before the services.
- Organization and management of the end of banquets, re-establishment.
- Organization and management of stocks of soiled dishes during events and their delivery to the dishwasher.
- Preparation of the installation trolleys for the service teams.
- Preparation of materials and equipment required for buffets and distribution.
- Requisition and replenishment of stocks and goods related to service and lingerie.
- Remove trash, compost, recycling and garbage, empty trash cans and transport them to the appropriate container.
- Taking inventories of equipment and stocks used by the dishwashing and service.
- Perform housekeeping and cleaning of equipment, facilities, walls, etc. according to the directives of the person in charge and according to the protocols in force.
- Respect the rules of hygiene and sanitation as required by the MAPAQ.
- Work harmoniously and professionally with colleagues, immediate supervisors and other Heads of Departments.
- Comply with work rules and standards of conduct, as set out in the Employee Handbook.
- Perform any other related duties (these may be required of you depending on operational requirements).
