Prepare the sales and marketing plan, being responsible for its execution and integration into the daily activities of the sales department;
Supervise, manage and train employees of the sales and banquet sales department through activities, training, daily sales meetings in order to achieve the sales objectives of each market;
Responsible for achieving budgeted revenues as well as increasing market share;
Supervise, create and develop all marketing aspects of the hotel such as the production and distribution of documents, advertisements and the website;
Ensure the integrity and needs of national accounts as well as the supervision of information related to its accounts in the reservation systems;
Create high-quality promotional events and strategies to increase the visibility of the hotel's features and services;
Prepare daily, monthly and annual reports as requested;
In collaboration with the revenue department, maximize profits, RevPar, average rate and occupancy;
Perform any other related tasks requested by the General Manager
