-Prepare Sales and Marketing Plan, Prepare Forecast by period for Fiscal Year, Preparation of Sales Budget.
-Development of and creation of menus established with Service Standard all in collaboration with Executive Chef
-Development of commercial agreements, and negotiations with vendors. Market analysis done in comparison with competitors regarding pricing, promotion/publicity, distribution and communication.
-Coordinate, plan and organize activities and projects, ensure the exact communication chain of information t each relevant department.
-Contract negotiation, proposal preparation. Ensure client satisfaction during and after events and manage guest complaints, if necessary. Managing customer accounts and establish a long-lasting relationship.
-Participation in tradeshows and represent company in segmented associations events, business community and government instances.
-Manage and implement policies, programmes and activities of the Sales and Catering Service in collaboration with related employees and Museum Management.
-Human resources management of the Sales and Catering department. Hiring of personnel, motivation, training, task delegation, scheduling, performance reviews, and conflict management.
-Manage financial resources, Cost controls (inventories, purchasing, negotiating with vendors, etc.)
Growth and Development:
-5-10 year experience in hotel sales and other related industries;
-Hotel management Bac or College degree(asset);
-Excellent organisational skills, meticulous, strategic and autonomous;
-Perfectly bilingual only / both written and spoken;
-Excellent communication skills(written and spoken) and in negotiation;
-Result driven dynamic and motivated personality;
-Full time schedule.
