Oversee concierge, maintenance and housekeeping departments.
Observe and monitor staff performance to ensure efficient operations and adherence to facility's policies and procedures.
Undertake the training of staff members.
Handle inquiries pertaining to the company policies and services, and resolve occupants' complaints.
Participate in growth planning and execution.
Monitor guest satisfaction rate to ensure it maintains at desired rate.
Participate in financial activities such as establishment of budgets, and the allocation of funds to the various departments.
Confer and cooperate with other directors to ensure coordination of all CorporateStays.com activities.
Our ideal candidate will also have the following qualifications:
5-10 years management experience in the hospitality industry.
Computer literate with knowledge of a variety of computer software applications.
Superior written and oral communication skills in both French and English, with Spanish considered a plus.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to set priorities
Ability to effectively listen, communicate and perform diplomacy with internal and external clients and staff in all situations.
