  • Oversee concierge, maintenance and housekeeping departments.

  • Observe and monitor staff performance to ensure efficient operations and adherence to facility's policies and procedures.

  • Undertake the training of staff members.

  • Handle inquiries pertaining to the company policies and services, and resolve occupants' complaints.

  • Participate in growth planning and execution.

  • Monitor guest satisfaction rate to ensure it maintains at desired rate.

  • Participate in financial activities such as establishment of budgets, and the allocation of funds to the various departments.

  • Confer and cooperate with other directors to ensure coordination of all activities.


Our ideal candidate will also have the following qualifications:


  • 5-10 years management experience in the hospitality industry.

  • Computer literate with knowledge of a variety of computer software applications.

  • Superior written and oral communication skills in both French and English, with Spanish considered a plus.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to set priorities

  • Ability to effectively listen, communicate and perform diplomacy with internal and external clients and staff in all situations.
