Our team of enthusiasts is currently looking for a Negotiations AS. Reporting to the Vice-President of Human Resources, the Director of Human Resources will be primarily responsible for managing labor relations.

  • Advises various managers in all aspects of human resources management, particularly in labor relations;
  • Error: A1
  • Supports and follows up on files dealing with standards, fairness and occupational health and safety;
  • Supports the pay equity file for the entire organization;
  • Prepares, and occasionally defends, the position in grievance arbitration, Labor Standards or Human Rights complaints;
  • Acts as a resource person for all questions relating to salaries and benefits for his sector;
  • Generate quality professional links with various partners in the field;
  • Develops and organizes training courses for all managers on labor relations, Labor Standards or any other law likely to improve the work climate;
  • Develops, implements and administers policies and programs related to human resources;

    Day time
    • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or industrial relations;
    • More than seven (7) years of experience in human resources management and labor relations;
    • Perfectly bilingual;
    • Member of the Order (CRHA, CRIA is an asset);
    • Have experience in unionized and non-unionized fields;
    • Have experience in a multi-site environment.
