Job description
La Résidence du Verger, a friendly private seniors' residence located in St-Jérôme, is looking for a person to fill a full-time dining room manager position. Do you like customer service, contact with seniors and team management? You are the person we need. The person will supervise 5 to 8 employees under the responsibility of the head chef.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Schedule: Monday to Friday daytime with every other weekend

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure effective communication to your teams and to the residence in general
- Ensure that services provided to residents and their loved ones are of a high quality
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Bring plates to tables and provide personalized service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure good teamwork
- Greet residents in the dining room and ensure they are comfortable
- Manage guests' reservations and ensure their comfort
- Perform other related duties
