About the Company
Förena Cité thermale offers thermotherapy, massage therapy, aesthetics
and a culinary experience to its customers in an outdoor environment, located
at the foot of Mont Saint-Bruno. FÖRENA offers a trip to the water border on a
journey inspired by three countries: Iceland, Germany and Russia.
About the position
Under the supervision of the SPA director, you will support him in the daily operations of the site. You will be the supervisor on duty and the reference for all employees and customers during your shift (customer service, maintenance and care). You will work hand in hand with the principal Customer service supervisor and you will support him in the management of the customer service team (recruitment, hiring, welcoming and integration, training). You will ensure that customers have a memorable experience. You will work in collaboration with other departments to achieve customer service and business objectives, all in accordance with operating policies and procedures.Requirements
Bilingual, you have at least 5 years of experience managing a team in a customer service driven environment, have completed a college degree in tourism, hotel management, administration or similar field. You stand out by the high quality of your interpersonal relationships with the clientele, your team and your colleagues.
Work schedule: from Saturday to Wednesday, from 3 p.m. to closing (except Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.).Eligibility for group insurance, RRSP and employee benefits.
