POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Cité-Rive residence, managed by Cogir Immobilier, is looking for a full-time customer service manager to join its great team. The Cité Rive residence is located in a prestigious environment and in an enchanting setting overlooking a pretty park along the majestic Rivière-des-Prairies. The Cité Rive residence is first and foremost about the quality of life in Montreal, with the proximity of all its services, access to its many entertainments and all its resources.


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage and monitor resident lease renewals
Administration
  • Provide a high level of customer service
  • Analyze client needs
  • Ensure customer satisfaction objectives are met
  • Maintain good relationships with the residents
  • Manage customer inquiries
  • Occasionlly Replace the receptionist
  • Perform other related duties
  • Prepare and send occasional mail outs

Requirements EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A good working knowledge of French and English, both oral and written
  • knowledge of a Maitre D
  • A working knowledge of the software system Hopem (an asset)
  • A proffesional studies dimploma (DEP) in secretarial or offic technologies
  • A working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook software
  • 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
