Position Responsibilities: 

You will assist the team members with customer service and administrative duties. The missions and duties are diverse. You will be brought to:

  • Respond to client inquiries by phone, email and text message

  • Handle the reservations process from start to finish

  • Troubleshoot, and resolve guest issues in a timely and positive manner

  • Manage client registration and payment process

  • Create proposals for short term reservations

  • Coordinate arrivals and departures

  • Assist the management team

  • Any other duties that are required for a good management of reservations

Requirements
  • Excellent communication in French and English (written and spoken)

  • Concrete experience in customer service or tourism

  • Ability to organize and prioritize

  • Dynamism and resourcefulness

  • Diplomacy, good listening skills and interpersonal skills

  • Strong computer and internet literacy skills

  • Strong and creative problem solving skills

  • Ability to adapt in a fast pace environment 

  • Being available to work during the day, evening and on weekends
