As a cook, you contribute to the customer experience by offering tasty dishes prepared with rigor and passion. Behind every well-presented plate lies your expertise, your attention to detail and your desire to please.
You play a key role in the smooth running of the service and the quality image of our restaurant.
MAIN TASKS
• Prepare the mise en place for the various dishes;
• Carry out the various cooking operations;
• Support the sous-chef in preparing meals;
• Ensure careful presentation of dishes;
• Rotate food and guarantee food preservation;
• Keep work area clean and functional;
• Apply hygiene, health and safety rules for the kitchen.
