Job description
Auguste is a bistro open since 2008 in downtown Sherbrooke. It is a friendly place where cooking, service and respect for our team and our customers are a priority.
We are looking for a cook comfortable in production, cold station and hot station involving grill.
If you are looking for a stable position and fertile ground for creation you are at the right address.
We work as much as possible fresh products from Quebec and a homemade kitchen, all in a large kitchen very well equipped.
Job Description without limitation.
Performs and organizes the set up of the workstation in anticipation of the various services;
Cares about proper product rotation and refrigerator logistics;
Prepares, cooks and seasones dishes according to recipes and applying appropriate techniques;
Ensures dishes meet standards;
Maintains food storage and preparation areas;
Applies occupational health and safety and hygiene standards;
Performs all other tasks necessary for the proper operation of the kitchen;
