We are looking for a cook comfortable in production, cold station and hot station involving grill.

We work as much as possible fresh products from Quebec and a homemade kitchen, all in a large kitchen very well equipped.
Job Description without limitation.
Performs and organizes the set up of the workstation in anticipation of the various services;
Cares about proper product rotation and refrigerator logistics;
Prepares, cooks and seasones dishes according to recipes and applying appropriate techniques;
Ensures dishes meet standards;
Maintains food storage and preparation areas;
Applies occupational health and safety and hygiene standards;
Performs all other tasks necessary for the proper operation of the kitchen;
