Specific Skills: Prepare and cook full course meals, Prepare and cook according to menus. Ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions, Work with minimal supervision, Estimate food requirements and costs, Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, Work with specialized cooking equipment (deep fryer, etc.), Clean kitchen and work areas. 

Essential Skills: Working with others, Decision making, Job task planning and organizing, Finding information, Continuous learning

Requirements: Cooking Diploma, MAPAQ

Experience: 4- 5 years cooking experience
