Description

Your Tasks:

·         Ensure the preparation of the dishes that make up the menu.

·         Carry out the implementation of the work plan and prepare the necessary items for operations

·         Prepare, season, package and cook food.

·         Preparing plates as per the expectations and standards of the restaurant

·        Prepare menus and determine portion sizes.

·         Ensure cleanliness of the work station and equipment.

·         Maintenance of inventory.


Requirements

Prerequisites

·         Hold a professional studies certificate with a specialization in cooking, or an equivalent certificate of studies.

·         MAPAQ certification is a plus
