Salary : 22.20$ per hour

Reporting to the executive chef, the kitchen clerk is responsible for assisting in the preparation of ingredients by following the instructions of the chef de partie. This may involve cleaning, peeling, cutting, washing and weighing the ingredients needed to prepare the dishes. You will also help set up the kitchen by preparing the necessary utensils, equipment and countertops.
Responsibilities:
- Autonomously preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
- Setting up workstations in preparation for various services
- Cooking dishes according to established chef standards
- Plating dishes according to standards
- Performing any other tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the kitchen
- Maintaining work areas and equipment.
