We are looking for a motivated Sous-Chef - Garde Manger with experience to join our team. Someone committed to excellence, capable of applying the highest standards to their work. We are an established Fine dinning restaurant for over 60 Years , we are looking for people capable of applying the highest standards to their work.

Requirements
Must be capable of organizing his own station and take charge of the required mise en place;
Capacity to execute dishes as agreed with the highest standards possible and insuring that others follow suit;
Maintaining his station in order
Applying the highest standards of hygiene.
Minimum 5 years experience, primarily in a gastronomic restaurant
Passion and curiosity
Available full time.
