We are seeking a passionate Full-time Cook to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing ingredients following recipes and maintaining high standards of quality. Your role will also involve supporting line chefs by facilitating their work and optimizing setup to ensure efficient service.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Contribute to exceeding the expectations of our guests through the quality of your work, your expertise, and your positive attitude.
  • Carry out preparatory kitchen work: cleaning, slicing, and garnishing in accordance with the highest standards.
  • Gather, wash, cut, season, cook, and store quality ingredients efficiently and effectively as assigned by the Sous Chef or Executive Chef.
  • Develop culinary preparations, in collaboration with the Executive Chef and Sous-Chef.
  • Work as a team and communicate positively with colleagues.
  • Proactively set priorities to ensure a consistently high level of service and quality to captivate, inspire, and delight our clients.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, in line with food safety, health, and security standards.
  • Ensure the proper storage of all food ingredients in their respective areas, using proper rotation.
  • Receive daily product deliveries and check quality (including weight and temperature).

  • You have a minimum of two years’ experience in a gastronomic kitchen, and you’re flexible to work on rotative shifts during the day, evening, and on weekends.
