Job description
We are seeking a passionate Concierge with a strong interest in gastronomy, culture, and design, eager to share their discoveries with visitors from around the world. With a keen interest in local culture, you will constantly seek out what makes Montreal unique in North America. As a key person throughout the experience, you will anticipate guests' needs and demonstrate creativity in performing your tasks. You will contribute to the team's success by sharing your discoveries and knowledge.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Provide personalized service to guests by advising them on local attractions and activities based on their interests, budget, and length of stay.
Respond to guest requests by phone, email, or in person, before, during, and after their stay.
Ensure effective follow-up on guest requests to guarantee their satisfaction.
Collaborate with the front desk team to identify and exceed guest expectations.
Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with professionalism.
Take phone calls and direct them to the appropriate services.
Perform various administrative tasks related to concierge services.
Other tasks may be assigned, and so we’re counting on your flexibility and resourcefulness!

Requirements
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You have a background in hospitality or significant experience in a similar role, with membership in Les Clefs d'Or being an asset.
You have an excellent knowledge of the local area and tourist attractions.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with a hotel management software, such as Opera (or equivalent).
You have the energy, stamina, and availability for this demanding role, with flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
You are bilingual in French and English for effective communication with an international clientele.
You consistently maintain exemplary service standards.
You are passionate, friendly, and professional, with a positive attitude and contagious enthusiasm.
