Job description

The Concierge is the key person throughout the experience, the concierge anticipates guests' needs and demonstrates great creativity in carrying out his tasks. He contributes to the team's success by sharing their discoveries and knowledge.

HOW YOU WILL PARTICIPATE IN CREATING MOMENTS OF HAPPINESS :

  •  Offer personalized service to clients by advising them on attractions and activities in the area based on their interests, budget and length of stay;
  • Respond to various inquiries by phone, email, in person, before, during and after the stay;
  • Follow up on customer requests effectively;
  • Work with the entire hospitality team to identify and exceed guest expectations;
  • Carry out arrivals and departures as well as reservations;
  • Take and forward telephone calls;
  • Perform various administrative tasks related to concierge services.

Requirements

  • Passionate about Montreal and its attractions, and keeping up to date with the latest in gastronomy, arts and travel;
  • Dynamic and proactive;
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities;
  • Participative spirit that thrives in a team environment;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Fluent in French and English,
  • Significant experience in a similar position and/or in the reception department in a hotel environment;
  • Good knowledge of the Office Suite;
  • Flexible availability (weekdays and weekends).
