Restaurant Quilliams, located right in front of the beautiul Brome Lake, is looking for a sous-chef to help lead and grow it's team. 

Job Title: Sous-chef
Hours: 30-40hours/week
Job type: Full time, permanent experience. 
Work remotely: No
Sous-Chef: 3 years experience
Schedule: Weekends, holidays, statutory holidays

-Create dishes to the specifications of the executive chef. 
-Participate in the development and creation of new seasonally inspired dishes. 
- Ensure quality and consistency of all products. 
- Have a positive attitude. 
- Passion for fine food and culinary excellence. 
- Ability to work in intense, fast paced environment. 
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with team members. 


Minimum 3 years experience

Languages: French and English
Willing to relocate or live closely.
