Job description

We are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join the team at Corner Collection, an award-winning collection of boutique hotels, restaurants, and spas that awaken the senses through soul-nourishing experiences.

YOUR CRUCIAL ROLE:

  • Prepare ingredients needed for dish preparation;
  • Set up your workstation in anticipation of various services;
  • Prepare, cook, and season dishes following recipes and applying the appropriate techniques;
  • Plate dishes while ensuring adherence to presentation standards;
  • Maintain food storage and preparation areas;
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the kitchen.

A few words about our inspiring history: Three years after immigrating from Greece, Tony Antonopoulos opened his first restaurant in Old Montreal, "Le Coin," on August 4, 1973. His brother Costa joined him in 1976, and together they developed a business that has thrived for over 45 years, known until recently as Groupe Antonopoulos. In 2022, Tony entrusted the continuation of his share of the business to his four children: Dina, Anna, Dimitri, and Maria. To honor their father's first restaurant, Corner Collection was born.

Requirements

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • DEP in Institutional Cooking
  • 2 to 3 years of experience, ideally in a hospitality setting
  • Strong interest in teamwork
  • Ability to perform well under pressure
  • Organizational skills
