Chef de partie - Sashimi bar
We are looking for a motivated cook with experience to join our team. We prepare a modernized seafood cuisine and are looking for people capable of applying the highest standards to their work. The position is in our upcoming sashimi bar and is open for candidate with good fish slicing technique.
Must be capable of organizing his own station and take charge of the required mise en place ;
Capacity to execute dishes as agreed with the highest standards possible ;
Maintaining his station in order ;
Applying the highest standards of hygiene.
Minimum 2 years experience, ideally in a gastronomic sushi restaurant ;
Capacity to work with a team ;
Available full time.
