Mise-en-place accompaniments for banquet menus
Responsible for alerting the chef of all products needing to be ordered following the ordering schedule
Ensuring his or her section (including all fridges) is clean and properly organized
Communicating with the maître d’hôtel of all banquet set ups needed in a timely manner
Executing all other demands from guests or the chef in a timely manner
High level of personal hygiene at all times
Strict COVID-19 safety measures in place.
The position is from Monday to Friday and the Club is closed for statutory holidays.
