Job description

We are looking for Chef de parties for our establishments, which are ranked among the best in Montreal. Our Modavie and Kyo restaurants, as well as our Terrasses Nelligan and Place D'Armes are frequented by local and international clientele looking for delicious dishes to tantalize their taste buds.

  • Preparation of the ingredients needed to prepare the dishes
  • Setting up the workstation for the different services
  • Preparing, cooking and seasoning dishes according to the recipes and applying the appropriate techniques
  • Assembling the plate, ensuring that the presentation standards of the dishes are respected
  • Maintenance of food storage and preparation areas
  • Participation in the smooth running of the kitchen


  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in the kitchen in high volume gastronomic restaurants
