DESCRIPTION: · Ensure excellent collaboration with the Chef and his colleagues · Food reception · Inventory · Invoices verification · Recipes preparation · Daily set up as well as the rotation of food · Preparation of dishes as needed · Ensure adequate and regular maintenance of kitchen equipment and ensure their proper functioning · In accordance with MAPAQ standards, ensure the safety of kitchen operations and keeping the temperature register up to date · Train or mentoring new employees, as needed.
