We are looking for a motivated chef de cuisine/sous-chef with experience to join our team. Someone committed to excellence, capable of applying the highest standards to their work and capable of leading a team.   We are an established restaurant preparing a move towards a more gastronomic experience and we are looking for people capable of applying the highest standards to their work.   

  • Capable of assisting the chef  in managing the mise en place and service;

  • Capable of managing the kitchen while maintaining the highest standards during the absence of the chef;

  • Must be capable of organizing his own station and take charge of the required mise en place;

  • Capacity to execute dishes as agreed with the highest standards possible and insuring that others follow suit;

  • Autonomy;

  • Maintaining his station in order;

  • Applying the highest standards of hygiene.

  • Minimum 5 years experience,  primarily in a gastronomic restaurant ;

  • Passion and curiosity ;

  • Capacity to lead a team ;

  • Precision  ;

  • Available full time.
