Working directly with the chef owner, the chef de cuisine will be in charge of the day to day operations of the kitchen.  We prepare a modernized mediterranean cuisine and are looking for someone capable of applying the highest standards to their work.  This position offer good possibilities for advancement to the right person.

  • Capable of taking charge in managing the mise en place and service ;

  • Capable of managing the kitchen while maintaining the highest standards ;

  • Capacity to insure that dishes are served as agreed and with the highest standards possible ;

  • Applying the highest standards of hygiene.


    • Minimum 5 years experience,  ideally in a gastronomic restaurant ;

    • Passion and curiosity ;

    • Capacity to work with a team ;

    • Precision  ;

    • Available full time.
