Chef de cuisine
Working directly with the chef owner, the chef de cuisine will be in charge of the day to day operations of the kitchen. We prepare a modernized mediterranean cuisine and are looking for someone capable of applying the highest standards to their work. This position offer good possibilities for advancement to the right person.
Capable of taking charge in managing the mise en place and service ;
Capable of managing the kitchen while maintaining the highest standards ;
Capacity to insure that dishes are served as agreed and with the highest standards possible ;
Applying the highest standards of hygiene.
Minimum 5 years experience, ideally in a gastronomic restaurant ;
Passion and curiosity ;
Capacity to work with a team ;
Available full time.
