We are looking for a passionate Busboy.girl to join our dynamic team. You will play an essential role in supporting dining service. Working closely with a server in a dedicated section, you will be responsible for setting up and resetting tables, cleaning and maintaining order in the dining area, and actively assisting servers. Your ability to anticipate guests’ needs, effectively communicate important information to your colleagues, and promptly execute assigned tasks will contribute to delivering an exceptional gastronomic experience. Attention to detail and a strong sense of service will be crucial in maintaining our high standards.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Efficiently assist waiter.tress by clearing tables, changing tableware, and setting tables for new guests.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of service areas, including regular cleaning of tables, chairs, and other equipment throughout service.
• Assist in serving drinks and accompaniments according to specific guest orders.
• Be attentive to guests’ needs and proactively respond to ensure a pleasant and memorable experience.
• Possess a thorough knowledge of the menu and products.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times and interact with our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
• Be knowledgeable about the hotel’s offerings and schedules to provide comprehensive information to guests.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• You hold a degree in hospitality from a recognized institution AND/OR have a minimum of one year of experience in a high-volume restaurant or reputable hotel.
• You have the energy, stamina, and availability for this demanding role, with flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You are bilingual in French and English for effective communication with an international clientele.
• You consistently maintain exemplary service standards.
