Chef required in high end food retail store to fill a bistro counter, and prepare for catering service. Daytime job from 8 am to 6 pm on Tuesday to Wednesday, 8 am to 7 pm Thursday and Friday and 8 am to 5 pm on Saturday.
Bilingual (English and French), Italian an asset. Manage operational costs. 10 years experience in the field. Mediterranean cuisine.
