We are seeking a passionate Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, your priority will be to provide exceptional service to guests by anticipating their needs and ensuring a personalized experience at the bar. You will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks while maintaining a clean and well-organized bar. Ensuring setup and replenishment before and after each service, you will create a welcoming and efficient environment for our regular clientele.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide our guests with a warm and personalized welcome, even during busy periods.
- Offer guests impeccable service and help them have memorable experiences in our establishment.
- Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages with expertise and enthusiasm.
- Describe the wine and beverage list, make recommendations to our guests, and suggest appropriate food and wine pairings.
- Anticipate our guests’ needs and respond quickly to their requests while exceeding their expectations.
- Set up the bar and keep the work area clean.
- Be a talented mixologist, always on the lookout for the latest beverage trends.
- Prepare garnishes, and stock up on ice, glassware, and paper products.
- Prepare and present guests with their bills and collect payment.
- Work as a team and communicate positively with other Corner team members.
- Always maintain a professional appearance and interact with our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
- Be knowledgeable about the hotel’s offerings and schedules to provide comprehensive information to guests.

Requirements

- Graduated in mixology or significant experience in the field, with a strong interest in creating new cocktail recipes and innovation.
- You have the energy, stamina, and availability for this demanding role, with flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- You are bilingual in French and English for effective communication with an international clientele.
