We are looking for a passionate Barback to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in actively supporting our bar team. You will have the opportunity to learn advanced mixology techniques and cocktail creation by working closely with our bar experts. Your responsibilities will include meticulous bar setup before service, ongoing restocking throughout the day, and maintaining impeccable cleanliness throughout your shift. Your contribution will ensure a welcoming and efficient environment for our clientele, while reinforcing our commitment to superior customer service.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Provide our guests with a warm and personalized welcome, even during busy periods.
• Assist the bartender in preparing drink ingredients.
• Prepare and clean garnishes and ingredients needed for cocktails.
• Ensure bar setup before service and restock during and after service.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, including cleaning surfaces, glasses, and equipment.
• Assist with stock management and receiving deliveries.
• Support the bar team in all necessary tasks to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
• Always maintain a professional appearance and interact with our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
• Be knowledgeable about the hotel’s offerings and schedules to provide comprehensive information to guests.
