Job description
We are looking for an experienced baker to complete our bakery team. We are a family business located in Magog in the Eastern Townships of Quebec with a small close-knit team. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about his profession and has a strong team spirit.
Requirements
We require a minimum of 2 years experience. The typical tasks, qualities and skills we are looking for are: - Kneading - Machine and hand crafted - Baking bread and pastries - Pastry making - Shortcrust and puff pastry - Machine maintenance - Work station maintenance - Be autonomous, take initiative, react to the unexpected, punctual - Weekend work - Be in good physical shape - Work on autolysis, sourdough, long fermentation - Team spirit - Driving license (if possible)
