POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an assistant director for two of our senior regional directors.


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist regional directors in all functions of their work
  • Carry out precise follow-up with building teams (rentals, renewals, etc.).
  • Carry out precise follow-ups with building teams (rentals, renewals, etc.)
  • Design and maintain an office filing system
  • Manage executive calendars and organize meetings
  • Manage the flow of information quickly and accurately
  • Management of complaints, both oral and written
  • Organize travel and accommodation if necessary
  • Provides help in the field when necessary (in buildings)
  • Screen and forward phone calls and distribute mail
  • Take notes during meetings
  • Write press releases to distribute internally and externally – memos, emails, presentations, reports

Requirements

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma
  • A degree or certificate in public administration or related field is an advantage
  • Bilingualism
