Description

Under the direct supervision of the general management, the administrative technician has a decisive role in supporting the administration by performing certain tasks related to the accounting and administration of the establishment. Summary tasks: Maintain and track supplier accounts. Maintain and track accounts receivable. Perform staff payroll. Prepare and validate resident billing Drafting of budget report helping the management team in planning. Accountability development. Assist the General Manager in all special reports

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Act as coordinator for special projects
  • Assist your immediate superior and other team members with their daily tasks and administrative duties
  • Distribute monthly financial results to the owners
  • Establish and maintain good business relationships with various stakeholders
  • Participate in the management committees to improve procedures
  • Provide a high level of customer service
  • Support the general manager in his duties
  • Update different administrative forms and documents

Requirements EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • knowledge of the regulations concerning government certification of seniors homes (an asset)
  • A working knowledge of the software system Hopem (an asset)
  • Collect degree (DEC)
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience
  • A mastery of Quebec laws governing rental properties
