Job Description:

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the accounting technician will :

• Verify and balance the nightly audition report and prepare the daily income accounting entry;
• Break down cash disbursements, miscellaneous income, exchange contracts and prepare bank deposit;
• Manage own and cashiers' floats;
• Go to the bank a few times a week;
• Prepare and check group invoices;
• Follow-up on accounts receivable;
• Manage the complete accounts payable cycle;
• Assist the Controller with any other requests from auditors or others.

Requirements:

• Degree in accounting;
• Experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of a PMS (an asset);
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Bilingualism French/English (written and spoken);
• Good knowledge of Excel and aptitude for various accounting software programs an asset.

Languages:

• Bilingualism (French-English) is required in this position, as we serve an international clients.t.
