- Full time schedule-
- Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.
- Accounts payable management: -
- Take care of the daily reports
- Ensure payment of invoices according to deadlines
- Invoice all hotel accounts and cancelled flights
- Track and collect all invoice payments in a timely manner
- Balance AR accounts on a monthly basis
- Respond to all customer requests (copies of invoices, incorrect billing, refunds, etc.)
- Place and receive orders
- Bilingual - French and English - spoken and written
- Able to perform financial transactions
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook);
- Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure;
- Autonomous and dynamic and able to execute tasks quickly.
- Knowledge of Quickbook is an asset
