  • Full time schedule-
  • Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.

  • Accounts payable management: -
  • Take care of the daily reports
  • Ensure payment of invoices according to deadlines
  • Invoice all hotel accounts and cancelled flights
  • Track and collect all invoice payments in a timely manner
  •  Balance AR accounts on a monthly basis
  •  Respond to all customer requests (copies of invoices, incorrect billing, refunds, etc.)
  •  Place and receive orders 


  • Bilingual - French and English - spoken and written
  • Able to perform financial transactions  
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook);
  • Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure;
  • Autonomous and dynamic and able to execute tasks quickly.
  • Knowledge of Quickbook is an asset
